Our van broke down just outside Nelson, and BCAA had it towed to Kootenay Motors. Five stars isn't enough to express how amazing Adrian and the crew were. They were busy, but somehow managed to diagnose and fix the problem, and we were on our way by the end of the day. They truly went above and beyond, and on one of the hottest days of the year! I can't thank them enough for their hard work, professionalism, and kindness.

We hit a deer during our road trip somewhere between the Osooyos and Nelson. It gave us a good fender bender and a broken turn light. We had booked to move on the next day so we weren’t sure what to do with little time. We gave these guys a call first thing the next morning and they said come on down to see what could be done, even though I’m sure they had lots of work to do. They fixed the light in 2 seconds and offered some good advice for when we get back home. All just for the price of the replacement bulb. Great service and very reassuring.

We were on vacation at Kokanee Creek PP. Our kiddos tried to pick the car lock with a stick to get to the sweets when we had our backs turned 🤦🏻 Stick broke off and we couldn't get the piece out. Every place said they were too busy. Adrian, despite being busy, made time to have a look and fixed the issue in no time. Didn't even want to be paid for it. Thanks for saving our vacation!

Adrian is a super star. Saved our butts after porcupines ate our transmission lines. He put in the work and got us on the road in 2 days. Other shops were saying they wouldn’t get working on it until the following week. Would recommend!!

The guys at Kootenay Motors went out of their way to help me this past weekend. I was visiting Nelson on a ski trip and at the end of my 6 hour drive to Nelson my truck experienced a 4wd service engine light and would not disengage from 4 wheel drive. I was not worried initially until my truck wouldn’t start the following morning and after checking with a multimeter it was not a problem with the battery. Adrian from Kootenay Motors immediately worked me into his schedule and I would have been stranded in Nelson if it weren’t for them. I would highly recommend them whether you are a resident of Nelson or if you are just travelling through and need something looked at. Thank you Kootenay Motors for the fast and honest service!
